About

A 10-second reset for the end of a day spent working with AI. You don't burn out from typing. You burn out from watching — steering agents, validating output, holding the thread all day. Lagrange Reset is the small ritual that helps you set it down. HOW IT WORKS In two taps you close out the day: how you worked with AI (led, collaborated, or leaned on it) and how drained you feel (good, OK, or fried). That's it. Ten seconds. THEN THE PAYOFF, TUNED TO YOUR DAY • A clear-headed day ends in a calm "you're done" — permission to stop. • A draining day offers one small, real recovery: a look-away, a no-agent walk, a message to a person, or a wind-down nature sound (rain, storm, ocean, forest). • Need a breather mid-day? Tap "Take a break" any time. IT LEARNS YOUR PATTERN A quiet 7-day strip and one honest line show how the way you work with AI tracks with how you feel — so you can change the one thing that helps. Every so often, copy a clean weekly summary into your own AI to make sense of it. HONEST BY DESIGN • No account. No backend. No analytics. Nothing leaves your phone. • One quiet daily reminder — never a streak alarm, never a scold. • It won't claim to cure burnout. It gives you a daily switch-off and the awareness to protect your own energy. A Lagrange point is the place between two forces where a small, steady correction holds you on station. That's the reset — ten seconds a day to hold your place while the ground moves.

What's New in Lagrange Reset

1.3.0

July 14, 2026

New in this update • Your weekly read can write itself now. On devices with Apple Intelligence, "What we're seeing" is phrased fresh each week by an on-device model — same honest facts, warmer words, never a diagnosis or a fix. Don't have it, or prefer not to? You get the same clear, plain-spoken read as before. • "Copy for your AI" is unchanged and still there — the on-device read is a bonus, not a replacement for handing your week to your own reasoning model. • A fix to the calendar in Patterns, so the first few days of a month always show correctly. Still 100% on your device. No account, nothing leaves your phone — and that includes the on-device read: nothing about your week is ever sent anywhere.
