This workout has given me my energy back. Every single time I leave I feel energized and ready for the day- Madison is my fav! The music is good and I live for the short in and out quick workout it provides
I almost love it
The app is great for booking classes, straight forward and easy to use. I hope in the future there will be an option for notifications directly from the app or through text messages. I like to be reminded of my upcoming classes and notified if I make it into a class I was waitlisted for. I’m not a huge email person and only check my email every few days.
