LaJava is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster established in 2002, located in Green Bay and owned and operated by husband and wife team Mark and Catherine Semrau. We provide our customers with the highest quality coffees from regions throughout the world, freshly roasted in our stores. Caring deeply for our community, we seek to make a difference through numerous partnerships with local nonprofits. We offer several unique coffees including organic and Fair Trade Certified, as well as a large selection of flavored coffees and bulk teas. We are passionate about sourcing, roasting and distributing these high quality coffees to our community while being able to help provide social and economic support to farmers and their communities.
