I endorsed the checks exactly how the app says and they were rejected several hours later after the app said they were successful.
Still doesn’t have mobile check deposits
Maybe in another 10 years…great credit union but very behind in modernization.
Excited for new app
A major app update was far overdo for lake chem. Being that I have only just got enrolled, logged in, and tweaked with the settings a bit, i am glad to say that already this app is a major upgrade to our last version. I hope the Live updates feature works well and as intended because i have been wanting that for quite a while and i recommend that everyone turn it on during this phase so they can trouble shoot any issues that arise early.
The erollment process, while other reviews will say otherwise, was just as easy and straightforward as any other banking app I have used. You must use your savings account number as your “Member ID” similar to the last app, and the rest of the instructions it shows you are self explanatory. Perfectly simple.
The only reason I am currently giving this only 4 stars is because i would like to see other upgrades down the line that would have made this easily 5 stars. Mobile check deposits, and easier and fast transaction listing and viewing are a couple of examples that i think other apps have a leg up on. Hopefully down the road they will add some features like those and i can change to a 5 star.

Can’t log in
Three members of my family tried to enroll and all three including myself could not do so, even by following the instructions. Plus we were not even informed that there would be a new app and went to the app that we used and were unable to even view anything. We have yet been able to access our accounts. Not happy at this time with the switch.
