Please Provide Info
I live in Lake County and found this but it didn't give any info so I took a shot to see of it was my county. Nope. This is a different Lake County, in another state.
A simple description or even phone number would let us know which area it goes to so we don't have to waste time. I wasted more of my time to write the review so hopefully no one else has to.

In the meantime, if you're still looking for your local library's app, we suggest checking the preview screenshots (we and many libraries list our locations there!) and the logo to help you see if it's a library you know!
