Needs to be updated
The app is very outdated. Please invest a little into it so that it can be up to date for us parents. Some teachers don’t even get the messages and there is no other form of communication. It also keeps logging me out so I need to log in every single time.

Ripping off school districts.
It’s clear to me this app is simply the cheapest option for a school district to choose. But I’m sure it still costs stupid amounts of money and the functionality is absolutely miserable, hence the comment about being a rip off. You rarely get a notification of a message but when you do and then try to open from the notification you get trapped in a blank screen and have to quit the app. And forget trying to type a message. It is so frustratingly difficult it will make you want to throw your phone across the room. And the organization is sadly lacking. I have to search for forms or and I have yet to find where I’m supposed to be submitting absence notes. I will be sending a letter to the school and to the district about finding a better all next year. And I will see if I can get other parents to sign on.
