Everyone knows me, they are glad to see me, and if I have a question, or a problem, even if I’m connected to another branch, they solve it…

Recent update not user friendly
The recent update drastically reduced the font size making it extremely hard to read (even with my glasses).
App and online services are outdated
The employees are very helpful and friendly but the online banking is a nightmare. Compared to other online banking apps this has to be the worst. Like to see more options and features like password recovery options and card management options.
If only zero stars was an option
Worst banking app & online banking services of all time award would be this one. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money with this bank. Employees are super friendly, but everything else is absolutely horrific beyond words could describe.
Face recognition never works
Why do we have to put the password in everytime?

You are always having to sign on even though user name and password are saved. The Face recognition never works! This app is not a favorite of mine.

App is always going down on the weekends and at night. Not alot of options.
