Great app, but live Spanish translation is missing
The Lakewood app is very complete, easy to use, and full of inspiring content that truly nourishes the soul. I love being able to access the services, messages, and resources anytime. However, I kindly ask that you please add the option for Spanish translation during live broadcasts. Many Spanish speakers follow Joel Osteen’s ministry, and being able to understand the messages in real time would be a huge help. Other than that, excellent app!

Audio issues
I love this app and I listen to multiple messages a day but over the past two weeks many of the messages have no audio, and some of the messages have streaming issues. App is up-to-date and so is my iOS please fix.
APP ISNT WORKING
Every time i open the app, it says “Couldnt sync data please try again later”. Please fix this, i love using this app, it gas brought me closer to God

APP DOES NOT WORK CANNOT WATCH LIVE SERVICES. Live service streaming has not worked in over a year. Fix it. The app may as well be uninstalled
My source of Strength
Being an overseas migrant worker, Depression and home sickness are among the common struggles.. But when I started to stream the Sunday Worship Services, I feel like I’m born again…Hearing Pastor Joel’s messages give me Strength..
It’s really a different feeling when you’re into a Bible-based church or community. I am born and raised catholic, but streaming every single services of Lakewood church and hearing Pastor Joel’s messages helped me understand more what’s written on the Bible..

I can't watch the lives on the app
The watch section on the app doesn’t work when there’s an active live. I’m on an iPad 10th generation full charge service is good and app is up-to-date. Idk what is wrong. Otherwise I love Lakewood Church services.

I haven’t been able to watch services for several weeks now and the app won’t refresh or update, either. I even tried deleting and reinstalling. Please fix!

I can’t log in
When I tried to log in today I got this message: “Login Failed! Invalid username and password combination.” I used the app to reset my password via my email address. I tried with the temporary password and I got the same message. I have attempted to log in about 4 times in total this morning and it’s just not working. I guess I’ll watch on YouTube. I hope this gets fixed by next Sunday. Thank you for all you do!

Every time I come back to the app my login fails and I have to reset the password to get in. EVERY TIME. 👎
Kicks me out
Hi, I usually never write reviews but I felt I needed to considering I would love to enjoy this app. Today I would have liked to tune into bible study Monday’s but unfortunately wasn’t able to.
My current issue is that it kicks me out of the app and consistently stating my login has failed. I then proceed to the only option of resetting my password and even then it doesn’t work.
Someone please help!!!

Great app
This app has great information about what is going on in the church but it needs completely with all smart speakers, including Amazon echo,Google assistant and the Apple home pod.
Sad unable to get into app ?
So disappointed that I haven’t been able to create a new log in. I tried for over 30 mins and gave up. I tried even in Joel Osteen Ministries as well and didn’t work either. Why bother having these apps if we can’t get in??
useless non working app
i thought this app would be great but right away they want ypu to use your Facebook account to sign in. i have that feature turned off in facebook for security reasons. then os says not signed up click here and you do but it doesn't take you to go sign up! someone needs to fix this app
