Worst app and worst service ever
I purchased shampoo from this site and i didn’t accept the order because it was not in good condition and when i try to contact them its very hard to connect and talk to customer care my order was already returned to the seller but i didn’t get any mail and didn’t get refund yet its been very inconvenience for me as i am still trying to find a way to contact the customer support. They write on their website please write mail to us but they didn’t write their email id how am i supposed to write an email. Its really very frustrating and disappointing please don’t use this app

Kept booking incorrect slot and referral system is a scam
Tried selecting 7 PM multiple times but it kept booking for random slots like 11:00, 12:05, etc. Also, They have good stylists and everything but the referral system is definitely a scam. A friend referred me where Lakmé said I’ll be getting Rs. 500 off my first visit but didn’t get discount of even a rupee.

‘Forgot password’ not working
i am unable to set my password because the ‘forgot password’ option is not working. nothing happens when i click on it. so unable to log in due to this issue.

I will not recommend lakme salon especially in small cities they are money digger only. When you will go for any specific service they will force you to take other services.

Major bug found in applications
Unable to login i enter the mobile no and tap on button nothing happened unble to login i am using iphone with ios 14.7 it’s not device specific because i try on multiple devices androids as well getting the same problem.

This app is worst app. They havnt fixed any bugs yet. Not sure why this app is even created. Cannot book appointments, everytime give “ reservation failed” error for no reason, however the person is available at that time if you go “ walk in” ...

Booking Issues
1) The app fails to show the corresponding appointment times for the specific stylist and books on whichever time available, not according to the customer.
2) Most of the times it doesn't book my appointments and shows reservation failed.
3) It has a lot of technical glitches such as no booking shown when the main system at the salon receives a booking.
4) Unable to login, every time it asks OTP, app crashes.

Good service by Neelam
It’s been a 1.5 yrs I only go to Neelam from lakme salon Kalyaninagar .... very passionate towards her work , soft spoken personality, hardworking and many more .... I would highly recommend Neelam for hair & skin care 😊
Poor customer service
App is of no use. Even after booking an appointment a day before service, they kept me waiting for 1hour telling me 5mins every time I go near reception. The person I booked for was serving an other customer. There is use of booking an appointment in this app as they don't consider give importance to appointments at all. Faisal at reception made me wait for 1hour nearly. After I went and questioned them, they gave me the service. Worst ever service and customer value.

Useful but still has bugs
While the app is useful there are a few problems.
1. If I cancel an appointment in which I had used a discounted or free service, I don’t not get that free service again. Despite me never having used that service.
2. Unable to edit any of the details on the profile page, like Last Name or Date of Birth

Horrible app
The app is full of bugs, crashes every time I try using it and doesn’t allow to do anything at all. You cannot make any bookings, the salons aren’t listed and the best part is Lakme is least interested in bothering about it. When you charge a bomb for your services, spend some to improve the app too.

Extremely useful app
Nice app..well designed. Best part is, Lakme is transparent on their service and price. Better if they come up with some engaging features and I am sure they will come up with. High school fail and competitor stooges who are mocking it should better use their skills to mock their own app:)
Extremely pathetic
I haven’t come across such a non sense app where absolutely no human centered design is put in place. High school students make much better app! Guys spend some money to experts and he the things done. When you charge bomb to ur customers in salon be prepared to shell out some part of it to get the right app by paying the experts. May be you can contact me who can help you guys with better app.
