ABOUT THE PIN LOGIN Lakshmi Chits uses a 4-digit PIN to protect your organization's financial data. This app is built for a specific chit fund organization and is not open for public registration. The PIN is set by your chit fund administrator. The default PIN shown during setup is a placeholder for demonstration — your administrator will provide the correct PIN for your group. This approach ensures: Your group's data stays private The app works fully offline — no OTP or internet needed to log in Only authorized users in your organization can access the data FEATURES Dashboard & Auctions Track all active chits, upcoming auction dates, and pending payments at a glance. Conduct monthly auctions by entering member bids — the lowest bidder wins, and you can send the result to all members via WhatsApp in one tap. Members Manage full member profiles including contact details, Aadhar (stored encrypted), nominee information, alias names, and status (VIP / Blocked). Search, call, or WhatsApp any member directly from the app. Ledger & Payments Record payments with cash, UPI, or bank transfer. The app warns you before recording a duplicate payment for the same member, chit, and month. Auto-fill the instalment amount with one tap, and send a WhatsApp confirmation on save. PDF Reports Generate ledger statements, monthly collection reports, and chit summaries as PDF files. Share via WhatsApp, AirDrop, email, or print directly. WhatsApp Templates Fully customizable message templates in English and Tamil for auction announcements, payment reminders, and payment confirmations.
