5 stars if it had a widget!
Great app, very accurate and incredibly useful for checking live border wait times. It only needs one thing to be a 5-star experience: please add home or lock screen widgets! It would make checking the wait times so much faster without opening the app
App fails to update waiting time
The app works well overall, but I’ve noticed that the waiting times are not always accurate. I log my wait time as soon as I reach the border, and then when I mark that I’ve crossed, the app sometimes suddenly increases or updates the waiting time.
At first, I thought people simply weren’t logging their waiting times correctly, but after using the app more, I’m starting to think the issue may actually be with how the app updates or calculates the wait times. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch, but the times can be pretty misleading.
Hopefully this can be looked into because the app would be much more useful if the waiting times were updated accurately and in real time.

Zona para iniciar
Acabo de descargar la app e inicie todo bien, me encontraba en SYRL marque la hora de llegada sin embargo como no avanzaba decidí cambiar a SYN, marque que me salí de la fila hasta ahí todo bien. El problema inició al querer iniciar para informar nuevamente (debido a los eventos del 15 de septiembre se encontraba el puente palacio cerrado) no pude marcar mi inicio en SYN debido a que se encontraba la fila hasta la glorieta del Calimax, hay que tener en cuenta estas zonas y que permita marcar el inicio, se que es un caso especial, al igual que es una app nueva sin embargo por ser el día que inicie con la app no quede totalmente satisfecho, espero y puedan tomar esto como una zona de oportunidad y puedan realizar ajustes a la app, continuaré usándola para mis próximo cruces y veremos si funciona.

Not Accurate Border Wait Times
I’ve used the app for a month. It fails on the accuracy on the border wait times. This apps is only useful to approximate times not the accuracy of border waits.

Whoever came up with this idea i just want you to know i hope your pillow is cold and you never have a car accident. Its a good idea and the live updates are amazing and accurate. Keep up the good work

Es la mejor app! Súper útil y fácil de utilizar, ya no batallo más tratando de averiguar cómo está la línea, solo tengo que meterme a la app, es muchísimo mejor que los grupos de fb que no siempre están actualizados, la recomiendo 100%🫶🏻

I’ve been using this app for a few months now (as a tester) and it works great. It tracks wait times really well, and I’m hoping more people start using it so we don’t have to rely on Facebook for updates anymore.
