I purchased this app to listen to Lalita Sahasranamam daily. Unfortunately it is not at all working. When I click play, the language selection is popping up and after that the touch is not working.

Issue in 13.0 version of iOS
The installation was successful but when user tries to play with selection of language app gets struck. Please resolve this immediately to feel the bliss of Sri Swamiji
App does not open after the first screen
The app does not open after the first screen, when we press the play button on the first screen a pop up for language comes up, where it is denoted by the first letters E for English, T for Telugu or Tamil Don’t know, H for Hindi, K for Kannada. After this nothing opens up.
It’s a waste buying this app.
