Much improved
This app is much improved from the last one. Also, their customer service is great except you have to deal with time difference in Hong Kong.
Frustrating
I love the idea of this, but the bot and its software are frustrating to use; it can’t get over lips of doorways, and gets stuck too often on the edges of rugs. We were using it, helping it over the obstacles it encountered, but it is definitely not something one can leave to do its thing while the family is out— which would be the ideal, as it’s quite loud. The last straw was the recent firmware update that has rendered the bot completely useless. It won’t leave its dock. I am returning it to Amazon.
