السحب من الفيزا لا يتوقف منذ سنوات
سجلت اشتراك سنة وعند تلف التابلت الخاص باطفالي قمت بالتواصل معهم لعدم قدرتي على الغاء الاشتراك بعد مرور سنة وتواصلت معهم دون فائدة ، حاولت الالغاء عن طريق الفيزا فاخبرني البنك انه يجب علي ان الغي من التطبيق لكن تابلت ابني تلف ولا استطيع تذكر حساب الايميل ، لكن هناك تواصل سابق معهم من ايميلي الخاص وطلبت منهم مرارا حل لكي يتوقف السحب من الفيزا ولم يعيروني اي اهتمام ، حتى اني عرضت ان اعطيهم رقم حسابي كي يتاكدو من اشتراكي ، لكن لم اجد منهم رد
وانا للاسف ادفع منذ ٤ سنوات ولا استطيع الالغاء وايضا لا يتم الرد على رسائلي او ايميلاتي ، تجربة سيئة جدا ولا انصح احد بها ..

Not working
My daughter loves this app which is why I paid for the subscription and let her use it. Well guess what I paid for the subscription only to find out that it doesn’t even work it just says pay again. What is this scam, when I tried to connect the developers they said will get back to you. When will you get beach to me when the subscription ends this is not the first time this happens if you going to do an app like this please make sure you fix the bugs and leave a content information for someone we can reach. If I can give less than zero I would.

Always crashes, awaiting immediate action!
I recently sent an email regarding the app crashing immediatly when trying to open it, and was asked to send photos and videos of the issue. After sending and updating the app, it still fails to open! My ipad has the latest update as well. I paid for two years and barely used it! Please take this matter seriously as I am considering legal action for this matter has taken way too long!

I signed up for the subscription and when it took my money it won’t let me sign in and use what I pay for. When I go to sign in it says I’ve exceeded the devices for the app even though it isn’t signed in anywhere. It doesn’t recognize my account yet is never late at taking my money. I canceled so fast!

Locking English and french
Given that we are in USA and Canada, can you please devise a way to enable parents to lock English and French activities?
I was talking to multiple.parents here were we noticed that our kids automatically go to the English content and ignore the Arabic. Which defeats the purpose.

موسيقى في الخلفية
برنامج لمسة مفيد جدا لتعليم الأطفال اللغة العربية وتطويرها. أطفالي يحبون القصص وكذلك النشاطات وتحضير الوصفات. لكن الموسيقى الموجودة يشتت انتباههم خصوصا عند قراءة القصص ياريت لو يتم حذفها.
Great BUT
Got this for my 3.5 year old so he can learn Arabic instead of watching YouTube in English all the time. Great content and activities but I don’t understand why there is an English and French section that the child can switch to without a code. People who buy this app want it to teach their kids Arabic- have a separate app for other languages maybe? My child ended up doing English activities alllll the time so it was a waste of money… Until there is a change on this feature we won’t be using it unfortunately.

Needs Free Version
It seems like a great app, but you can’t do a single thing without paying. I’ve never seen an educational app do this. If you want to attract more subscribers, you need to allow one or two free videos to let us know what we’re getting into. It cost way too much to pay for something you don’t even know would be useful.

Don’t bother unless you want to pay
This app takes you through the whole sign up process and then after you complete the whole thing, lo and behold you have no access to any games in the app without upgrading. What a waste of time. At least unlock a few from each category so we know what we’re paying for. I feel like I just wasted time and I’m so irritated by the fact that I took time to do all that and my child can’t even play a single game. The irritation has now led me to delete the app and leave a review for other parents to not have to go through that nonsense.

I’m more than willing to pay to subscribe, but there’s no way to try out the app’s features first to make sure it’s something I’d like. Or maybe there is and I can’t find it. All I saw were the padlock icons. Please over some free content or a 7 day trial.
Good app but lacks enough Arabic alphabet lessons
My kids enjoys this app, and it is very helpful for memorizing Arabic vocabulary and interact with games.
But i think it lacks enough lessons on Arabic letters and shapes, how do they look like at the beginning, middle or end of words.
As a parent i feel the categorization is not clear for Games, club, videos, …
I would love to have a separate category that focuses on arabic reading, Arabic sight words.
Yet, i have to mention that this app is valuable
