About
Picture. Sound. Feeling.
Lamsi is a visual workspace for creating haptic experiences. Arrange tactile effects alongside audio and video, shape their intensity and sharpness, and feel your ideas come to life on iPhone.
CREATE ON A TIMELINE
Build your project with multiple haptic, audio and video tracks. Move, trim, split and arrange elements with snapping and clear waveform displays to keep every sensation in sync.
SIX WAYS TO START
Choose Click for a crisp impact, Ramp for a rising or falling sensation, Buzz for continuous texture, or Pulses for rhythmic beats. Use Match Audio to translate sound into touch, or Custom to create your own.
TURN AUDIO INTO HAPTICS
Match Audio maps loudness to intensity and pitch to sharpness. Adjust the input ranges and flip either mapping to refine the result. The generated haptic becomes an independent element you can edit without changing the original audio.
DRAW YOUR OWN SENSATIONS
Create custom intensity and sharpness curves with draggable keyframes. Choose Smooth, Linear or Square interpolation, set the duration, and add the result directly to your timeline. Save favourite elements to your library for future projects.
DESIGN ON MAC AND IPAD
Work with the full editor on Mac or use touch-friendly controls on iPad. Open and save .ttrk project files to continue working across your devices.
FEEL IT ON IPHONE
Connect over your local network to preview haptics together with audio and video on a compatible iPhone. Follow playback progress, play or stop the experience, and keep received previews available after disconnecting.
EXPORT WHEN YOU’RE READY
Save your editable project as a .ttrk file, or export the haptic pattern in Apple’s AHAP format for use in your own workflows.
Whether you’re exploring a single pulse or designing a carefully synchronised sequence, Lamsi gives touch a place in your creative process.
Haptic playback requires a compatible iPhone with Core Haptics support. Sending previews between devices requires a local network connection. AHAP exports contain haptic data; audio and video remain part of the project and device preview.
