A great intro to online teaching
I’m glad I found the LangMaster app!
I’m not a tech person & this has been my soft landing to teaching online. At 1st glance I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the main dashboard, as well as locating teaching materials. There’s a helpful chat button to send inquiries. Imputing schedule availability is a breeze & sooo thankful they keep track of teaching minutes & the payment conversation.

A tutor’s experience
Lan Master is a great organisation to work with. I found the application process very straightforward for tutors. The online teaching support is very helpful and the platform is very easy to use. 🚨Do not recommend as a teacher👎
It’s great for the first two weeks but after that you never get students to teach. There are too many teachers and not enough active students taking lessons despite there being a lot student accounts on it. The platform is nice but it isn’t reliable.
There really isn’t a lot of support for teachers new to the platform, I recommend preply as an alternative if your looking to start teaching

I don’t recommend it
Quite honestly the money is just not worth it, they take a MASSIVE cut while you do all the work. They have ‘promotions’ to higher pay, but they will try their best not to give you them. Overall it is a predatory system. Go elsewhere.

Using Lan Master as a Teacher
I like it it’s very convenient to use and works well for me. I have been using the application for a short while but so far so good. Don’t worry the students are really nice and there is content provided to help you out. I’d recommend it to both students and tutors. It gives us a good play form to connect and use to teach and learn.

Great app for ESL Teachers
I currently teach on this app and it is amazing! You are able to go available and wait for calls from students at your leisure. There are also options to teach Business English and IELTS courses. The students are very nice and are eager to have meaningful conversations with you! The students are adults and most of them are professionals or college students.

Fantastic experience
As a relatively new teacher on Lan-master, I have really enjoyed the teaching experience so far. There is always support offered if needed and there is a fantastic range of learning materials provided with different topics to choose from which keeps the learning fresh and interesting for both the teachers and students. It’s a really useful app and easy to use if you are travelling or on the go and don’t have a laptop. I am really enjoying teaching on this app and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about signing up to Lan-master.

As a teacher using the Lan Master app has been seamless. It is quick to set up and find students looking for support across different types of English teaching (IELTS, General English and Business English). You just set your schedule in the app and students can book lessons easily. Students can also contact you for free talk lessons, adding to your booked lessons. I’m enjoying teaching on the app!

An easy online tutoring platform
I have really enjoyed teaching on Language Master so far. The app has always run very smoothly for me, and I have not encountered any problems. Everything from the payment system to the booking system is very easy to use. Being able to meet so many people and learn about different cultures and ways of life while teaching English from your own home is something very special.

LAN-master is a user-friendly and efficient app for both students and teachers. As a registered teacher, I find the platform easy to navigate, with a wide range of less topics and resources for customization. The system is reliable, with no connection issues, and I can schedule lessons based on my availability. After each lesson, I can immediately view my earnings and hours of work. Teacher assistant Jessie is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to me. Overall, it’s an excellent app that makes teaching and learning enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is a great resource for students and teachers. Students can connect with a teacher of their choosing, and set an appointment or just call if the teacher is available. The video lesson can be voice or video allowing students flexibility and the app itself has all the necessary resources. As a teacher who enjoys remote work, it is great.
