Scam
This app is scam. I personally invested a small amount of money. Somehow all the shares I did purchase dropped way down in value and stopped paying dividends. Now you can’t even log into the app, feel bad for the people who invested thousands. If your still skeptical, just google “Landa app scam” you then can read all the BBB complaints and links to other users who were scammed, along with the lawsuits against Landa.

Worked great and then it didn’t. I just want out now lol app is useless
Horrible scam
This app started off good. I would some change here and there and then reinvest. But once you try to sell your shares the app starts to freeze and then the company tells you there is a freeze on all assets. So use this at your own risk. I am trying to do my part to save people from making the mistake of wasting money through this app.

App literally will no longer open
This has been a massive scam. Dividends were not being paid out with every property showing maintenance fees that matched the rent fee.
Now the app will straight up not open. Awful.

DID THEY REALLY JUST ROB US?
The app is down after all the millions they took, no one has access to their funds nor their account, no investment dividends payed out. We reslly got scammed!! Everyone who was victimized should file a class action lawsuit or something!

Used to be a cool little investment app. I threw a few hundred dollars in & had some fun with it. But now the app is down & according to posts I’ve seen online they seem to have screwed everyone.

Not Functional Anymore
App is no longer functioning. Reached out to their support and still wasn’t able to access my account. I’ve been patient hoping to eventually regain access to atleast see my account balance but now it’s been close to a year so not looking good. All my investments might be gone forever, as this might be a sign the company has went under but didn’t bother to tell its users.

App No Longer Works
Initially it did, like many others stated. However, I noticed in the last couple months that I hadn’t received any dividends or landa emails and when I further looked into the issue, the app doesn’t even open anymore and there’s basically no one to contact that doesn’t give you the run around. I only put around $200-300 in total, but now can’t even sell my shares to recover at least some of my initial investment. Long story short…DO NOT USE this company.
