Stupid pointless app
This app is dumb and pointless. You can get local public records of property by going to your appraiser’s website/ homepage. In your county. This thing makes you pay 70 something dollars for an app that doesn’t even have updated information. I don’t know how they do it but the whole app is a waste of time/ money. I thought I would be able to ALOT more than that for 70$. Because public information is free. 100% a scam. Just use landslide. It’s a MUCH BETTER APP. That has updated features. Instead of information from 10 years ago

As a real estate agent, I don’t necessarily use every MLS available so this tool accesses all the state MLS’s and makes that info available in one location. It also has properties not on the MLS.

Lies and clickbait its user offering services if you sign up and then when you do this and that they go and ask for your money and when you try to delete your account the app begins to malfunction 😂 All according to plan, avoid..
