Very Unprofessional and unreliable and expensive
This have a very unprofessional behaviour. I’ve been asking for the update and there is no response, after my repeated push to deliver me the translated document you guys have been stalling me after agreeing to deliver and taking 3 times the money. Please don’t bother sending me the document. You can keep the money too, judging from the unprofessional behaviour you guys anyways wont have to “option” to cancel and refund for not delivering.

I ordered soft copy of sale deed. App shows delivery is 24 hours. But i got the soft copy within 3 hours. Excellant and polite service by employees. They called me before delivering the document to make sure details are correct. I already recommended this app to all my friends and family.
