Very Disappointing and Not User-Friendly
I paid for the premium service to access land documents, but even after making the payment, the app is not allowing me to download the documents and is asking me to pay again.
The premium payment provides credits, but those credits are also consumed for basic searches. Even using features like Ask Terra requires additional credits. The app does not clearly mention anywhere that credits are required for searching and other basic actions.
The biggest issue is that the app keeps blocking each step and asking for additional payments. After paying for the service, users should be able to search and download the documents without unexpected additional charges.

Worst Experience , Avoid This App
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a document search service. I placed an order to search for my land documents, paid upfront, and it has now been 3 months without receiving the documents.
I’ve been repeatedly following up with the support team, but the responses are slow and there is very little accountability or professionalism. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the lack of a clear refund policy.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this app. In my experience, you’re asked to pay upfront and then left chasing the service provider for updates.
If you need land documents, I would suggest checking the official government portal first, it’s much cheaper and, in my experience, a more reliable option.
I hope the company improves its customer service and delivery process. Based on my experience, this is an app I would not recommend.

They took money for khatha and no response even after 5 months. Money not returned.
Very Unprofessional and unreliable and expensive
This have a very unprofessional behaviour. I’ve been asking for the update and there is no response, after my repeated push to deliver me the translated document you guys have been stalling me after agreeing to deliver and taking 3 times the money. Please don’t bother sending me the document. You can keep the money too, judging from the unprofessional behaviour you guys anyways wont have to “option” to cancel and refund for not delivering.
