Update doesn’t work
The previous version worked well. This version immediately says poor internet connection, all other apps work! Can go to Landers website and login and shop without issue.
WHERES MY REFUND?
Okay been using this app for the past 3 months and I always order EVERY WEEK and ever since I NEVER ONCED RECEIVE ANY REFUND from the items i paid and was not available upon pick up, I patiently wait and DID NOT ONCE GET A REFUND. I might have to stop using this app sadly
Love it!
I shop once a week or two weeks to have groceries and other items delivered to my home. It’s easy to add items, schedule delivery, and pay with credit cards. The whole shopping experience, however, could be greatly enhanced if they could release an iPad app.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this app. I have been using it for about 7 months. They have been overcharging my account for 7 months. I just realized it when I checked my account and noticed some discrepancies. Over 20,000 pesos. They do not refund anything unless you go to your bank and fight for it with proof. I have spent about 20 hours in the bank so far and still only got some money back. Very shady company. Unless you can afford to have them take money from your account and wait 8-9 months to get it back don’t use this app. Instead of charging you for what they deliver they charge you for everything you order, even if it is out of stock. Stores don’t charge you when you walk in the door, they charge when they ring it up at the register. If they did this on this app then I would use it again. I will NEVER use this app again as it is!

Check out
This is a useless app, same as a useless website. You cannot check out correctly. Keeps asking you to wait, then just states unexpected error. Oh and just tries to make you pay another yearly amount. Totally useless.
Everything is easy but with some problems
Very easy to use. But sometimes I order products that are not available. The site is slow to update available products. Also some products I like don’t get reordered, like 1 kg jelly belly jellybeans and shrimp cocktail.
Glitchy Check Out
I can’t check out. All it’s saying is “Loading is taking longer than expected. Please give us time” I gave you a whole 30 minutes.
Wrong price
The app wouldnt give me the sale price. SOLA peach should be 49₱. They charged me regular price on 48 pcs !
The new version has bug
Since I installed the recent version, I could not checkout any more. The app loops when I click checkout and prevents me to submit my order.
On line order
Difficult to shop, it takes too long to process my checkout while waiting my items in my cart ended up grabbing by someone’s else and delleting it in my cart.

The app keeps crashing.. i just paid may membership for nothing!! I cant even open it 😡😡
App not user friendly
I like the product diversiry of Landers but the app is always glitching. Landers should update the app to function more like Pick a Roo app that retains credit card info so orders can be easily placed.

The “app” is basically a browser to display the landers website. You’re better off just using the website

Finally Landers has an app! It makes much easier for me to shop using the app. UI is friendly & fast.
