About
Bring the booster home.
Landing Burn is a precision landing game with real two-stage physics. You launch, separate the upper stage at altitude, then fly the first stage back down and set it on the pad - slow, upright and centred. Miss any one of the three and you leave a crater.
150 MISSIONS, SEVEN PROGRAMS
From the first test flights on Earth to the moons of Saturn, lava worlds, exoplanets and deep space stations. Every world rewrites the rules: gravity from near-weightless to crushing, crosswinds that push you off the pad, and asteroid fields on the worlds where there is no wind at all.
FLY IT, DON'T WATCH IT
Three controls: main engine, left thruster, right thruster. No autopilot, no assists. Fuel is finite, and the landing burn has to start at exactly the right second - too early and you run dry, too late and the pad wins.
THREE STARS ARE THE REAL GAME
Landing is one thing. Landing softly, perfectly upright and dead centre on the pad is another. Every mission remembers your best result.
NINE ROCKETS THAT REALLY FLY DIFFERENTLY
Every rocket has its own specs: thrust, fuel burn, aerodynamics, gyro stability, tank size and landing gear. The Orbiter shuttle stack fires three boosters at launch, and its orbiter lights its own engine halfway up before the stages part. Thirteen exhaust flames change your thrust as well - some push harder for heavy gravity, others burn softer for the delicate work in low gravity.
UPGRADES AND ECONOMY
Land well, earn coins, spend them on eight upgrades, on rockets and on flames. Optional ads can double a reward or refuel you after a crash. They are never required, and there are no forced ads between missions.
GAME CENTER
Two leaderboards: most landings, and most crashes. Both are worth chasing.
