Appalling app, basic functions faulty
Simply can’t use on an iPhone. The most basic data entry page for contacts hides the entry form and it is then impossible to see or save entered text. Seeing as this is a paid for subscription platform (via NRLA) this is really poor. Hope the developer will update the basic service or I will cancel my NRLA sub.

Terrible app!
Please guys, your software package is great online but the app is terrible. As most of the other reviews state, the app is badly designed, clunky and missing many features of their competitors.
The software online is good but I’m really disappointed with the app and this should be a major part of the software package. Landlord Studio have a fantastic app but their software is not really focussed to the UK market and Landlord Vision’s online software is a little more in depth. If Landlord vision could replicate the usability and general user experience of Landlord Studio it would be fantastic but unfortunately, it currently trails a long way behind. For a company that are actually pretty good in terms of their customer service, I’m really quite surprised. Please listen to your customer comments and sort the app out.

Great app but missing 1 thing
My tenants are students and never have the full rent and always pay in bits.
The only propblem I found with the app is when you update a payment you can’t add the date of the payment for that months rent and see a list of all the payment for that months rent.
Please add this feature as most private landlords will be in the same boat.

Awful app
This company has one of the best bits of landlord software out there and would highly recommend to anyone. But the app is absolutely awful, next to useless. Forcing a log on every single time, and a terrible interface, it’s basically not good enough to be on your phone. I’d stick to the web interface via a desktop computer. Compare this app to the likes of Landlord Studio which is a fantastic app, brilliant in fact, the only reason it’s not my primary app is because it’s more a US app and although it works fine for the UK, Landlord Vision is much more specific to the UK. Remember, this is not a reflection of Landlord Vision, it’s a review of the app... terrible. Simply terrible

Behind the curve
I downloaded this as part of the NLA supplier offering. Whilst the online version of the product is ok, compared to accounting packages it's a long way behind, the app leaves a lot to be desired lacking input fields and useful outputs.
It really needs investment and user focused design.
