I’m not sure where they get the info for these maps, but the owner of my house and the transfer date are wrong. This could be a decent app, but you can get much more info for free from every county website in the country than this app provides. If someone needed easy access to multiple counties, and the info provided was correct, this might be somewhat useful, but I really don’t see the benefit.

Found too many errors
The first few properties I looked at had too many errors for me to confidently use this.
The map info is not accurate
The lot I own was split up in 2021 and is updated in the gis. This is basic and free and paying for this app is not worth it.
