Inaccurate
The app seems to just give you data you can get for free with county GIS data. The boundary lines it shows are the same and those lines are not accurate. Based on surveys I have done on my property, the line s are off at least 10’ in both North/south and east/west directions.
It is nice that is shows owners, but maps are not entirely accurate.

Hard to learn
This app is hard to learn when you first use it and it’ll also show you the page to leave the app or review immediately so I really haven’t explored the app at all

I’m not sure where they get the info for these maps, but the owner of my house and the transfer date are wrong. This could be a decent app, but you can get much more info for free from every county website in the country than this app provides. If someone needed easy access to multiple counties, and the info provided was correct, this might be somewhat useful, but I really don’t see the benefit.
