Unusable
Zero stars might be better. Registered with my community created a username and password and when I try to login, it says information is incorrect, which it is not. Then I reset the password, and the app just hangs in spin when he tries to go back to the user login screen. Completely unusable.

I can see this app is a good idea to have and use. But the way it displays messages is terrible. It doesn’t scroll down to let me read the entire message.

The worst app
This app constant crashes and errors with general use. The responsiveness doesn’t work for all devices, as the standard iPhone 6 size doesn’t even allow for total form completion. It has serious lag time which is beyond maddening because there is no indication it’s trying. Ie no spinning wheel or hour glass so it just appears to not be responding. This is literally the worst app I have on my phone, I hate it. Get with the times, Landmark and hire a real dev team.

Useless
Doesn’t recognize my property code. Continues to tell me with errors that it doesn’t recognize my property. Tells me my profile is incomplete but won’t let me enter my info.
Not worth my HOA fee
This app is the worst.
It shows the UI as if I am logged in but it never asked for my credentials. If I touch anywhere it says that my credentials are missing but does not show the login section. If I quit the app and start again it behaves as if I am logged in. I cannot contact support an my HOA does not seem to know what to do.
