Update the game!
Around a year ago, I made a comment on this app down below about how I like the development. Though you really need to update this app small city states like Monaco and Singapore, aren’t currently added as a few cities, and honestly their landmarks are pretty cool. There may also be a few cities going on by the time you read this, so keep a lookout. That’s all I have to say right now until next time.

What sort of selfish company would buy this app and shove everything behind a paywall? Probably the same company that has done this nonsense before. No wonder paywalls have a bad wrap. V2.0 is so much worse and now with a subscription, even worse than worse. Not just does this company make it impossible to contact them, when you do, they ignore you — but they are happy to take your money

Fun development
I really like seeing the monuments and have unlocked ten cities already! Do you think you can find a way to make it without spending money to explore the rest of these monuments. Living in California makes me realize how many cities there are with these 3D monuments. Congrats to the developers.

I’ve used this on my tv for a while, and the latest update has made it even better! (although, I did enjoy the previous app icon a lot better) It’s great for checking out amazing places, or even just leave on as a screensaver… especially at night, in dark mode! The only thing I would update is moving ‘shuffle’ to the top menu bar instead—between ‘explore’ and ‘favorites’—instead of being at the very bottom of the screen, and actually have the landmarks shuffle. Maybe I’m missing something, but—as far as I can tell—yes, different landmarks are listed across the bottom menu bar, but you have to manually transition each one instead of them changing automatically. Otherwise, thanks for a wonderful, and gorgeous, app!

New update ruins the experience
The new update brings nothing new, just negatives. Most locations are now behind a paywall and the app icon is an eyesore on my Home Screen and Apple TV. The app is pretty much useless, as Apple Maps is free and has a better interface and experience than this app.

A Pointless Subscription Wrecks A Fun Little App
The previous version of Landmarks was a really fun way to see all of the custom Apple-created buildings and landmarks in Maps. Landmarks 2.0 for some reason now locks away most of them behind a subscription. A subscription to look at things I can find in the Maps app for free? It just doesn't make sense to charge for this.

Unfortunate redesign and monetization
The new branding is uncomfortably trendy and paying $8 a year to see the models I can already see in Maps is not great. This app was great pre-monetization but it’s worth $1 once, not $8 a year.
Not sure what I get from the subscription
I’m not against subscriptions, but I can’t really justify this one. It’s a nice app to show landmarks in Apple Maps, but that’s about it. What recurring cost does this have for any developer?

Cool app for those interested in Apple Maps 3D colored buildings. This app shows all 3D buildings currently available the apple.
Amazing
Details are very nice and I found many new places, only downside is they don’t have a lot of the new detailed designs of places like Houston and other cities. I loved it and will show to friends. 👍
Great on the Apple TV!
This app for Apple TV is fantastic for educating children about landmarks. I appreciate its simplicity, but I do wish it provided additional information from Apple Maps, such as details about the landmark, its address, website, and more.

Fun App
Only complaint is I wish the animations were more varied instead of just orbit. Something like ‘Coronado Bridge’ would benefit from a dolly or sweeping shot along its length instead of rotating around a really small middle part of the bridge. I also find this might help when a lot of them are too zoomed in. Might be a lot harder to program tho a custom drone flight path
