Won’t work

This will not do anything just asks you to log in then nothing else appears to connect to mower. Then tried to get a firmware update on model and that doesn’t download either just shows details of mower and ID numberin app when you log in. Why do these developers never develop something that is user friendly rather then needing an IQ over 200. What a waste and rubbish not recommended please fix
