Deleted and reinstalled and still crashing. Unusable

APP基本功能都有，但是退换货相关功能没法使用，最后和客服电话沟通，说超时间了没法退了，1）明明是连卡佛的原因无法退货，最后要客户承担，非常不合理 2）电话客服完全没有对App的问题有任何歉意，还说“如果不满意我们，为什么还给我们打电话？！“
Basic features are there, but no sufficient return feature there. I wanted to request a return but the app doesn’t allow me to. Then I made a phone call complaint but they said it was too late. I use mobile app rather than a physical store for convenience because I don’t have time for shopping during the day or make phone call with who only operates until 5pm. I do not understand why I have to bear the cost because their app does not work. They did not even apologize in the phone call, they said “if you are not satisfied, why do you still contact us?” Total nonsense. Very disappointed.
