I’ve tried to cancel this subscription and can’t get through to anyone to do so and the app doesn’t even work

Waste of time
Great concept if they could have it working on all cylinders. Signed up as a premium member over six months ago, purchased all kinds of extra credits. they still have me labeled as high risk with no inspections. Talked to customer service and multiple people even sent them my inspection reports, and they have not been able to resolve the issue for whatever reason. Now I can’t even sign into my app. I guess that $500 I spent on everything is just down the drain. Nothing but a waste of time on my end with hours of work into it with no return. I hope others have better luck. The app has many bugs.

Not worth it
So you have to pay with people you don’t even know if they will connect with you or who you your dealing with. This seems like a poor design and not worth it it’s not a pay and go it’s a pay pay pay pay pay pay just to see if a company will connect with you and you don’t know if they will

This is not just a monthly subscription fee. This is a site that you have to pay the monthly subscription fee, then pay for each company to contact to see if they’re willing to work with you and if they’re not willing to work with you directly, you just lost money and it’s not cheap because there is hundreds of thousands of companies out there, so not knowing who to contact with no help from the app developers or anybody you should give help lead your clients in the right direction. help them to success their success is your success, but instead of having that personality, you don’t care about anybody except lining your own pocket with a lie

Hello, if you want access to a direct network without brokers you have to pay a monthly subscription fee just like you have to pay a monthly subscription fee for anything else.
Convenient and efficient
Great for my purposes.
Horrible!!
First you won’t access or be able to do anything until you pay and subscribe to a $29.99/monthly.
Then it’s just a Facebook for carriers and shippers. I updated my profile with all my documents and information thinking they were protected. Next day I starting getting phone calls from brokers saying some people I don’t know where trying to book loads using my DOT and MC, they even had access to the documents I uploaded. BE VERY CAREFUL!!

Hello, this is all false. We do not disclose any information to brokers. The fact that you are leaving this review and not confronting us with your concerns hints you are a broker.

Interface comfort
As a shipper, I have been using this App to track and manage all my shipments. The interface is just absolutely wonderful and the entire experience is so seamless. It's a must for transportation.
Unimpressed
As soon as I signed up I started getting email solicitations. I bet I will be getting phone calls later. I was serious about looking into this and now my non DOT phone number has been compromised.

This app and LaneAxis portal is a must in transportation. My truckers use the app and love the features and the efficiency!! Saves me money and connects me to brokers. AWESOME
Beta tester
I’m one of the beta testers and they are doing great with it. They want immense amounts of feedback to make it the best. When all is said and done, I won’t have to use my overdryve pro 7 anymore. The developers follow up with every bit of feedback ASAP!!!!
Update: Two updates later and they are getting closer and closer. They have taken the feedback from the users and implementing it continuously. This is a great partnership between the AAOO and Laneaxis. This group truly listens to the needs of the drivers, whether they be straight o/o, leased operators, and company drivers. I can’t say enough good stuff on how quick they are to respond and work toward perfecting it before it gets out of the beta stages!!!
