I liked this app , is patient and teaches you mistakes you made and helps you say other words but does have a limit and other stuff to pay for. That irritates me

Mir gefällt die App. Den Sterneabzug gibt’s für die unmöglich zu schaffenden Wiederholungsübungen (1) Sobald ein variabler Teil, zB [user’s name] drin ist, wird jegliche Wiederholung durch den User nicht erkannt.
(2) Simple Standardsätze wie よろしくお願いします, die in den Lektionen erkannt werden, wird in den Wiederholungen nicht erkannt.

Annoying
This app annoyed me to the point I quit. For one thing, they don’t understand half of what you are saying regardless of how well you enunciate. The other is that they grade you after each conversation which can vary wildly from a super condescending PRE-A1 to a more appropriate B1. But you never know. And then when you unsubscribe, you get a nasty little

Frustrating
While this app has some potential, I am finding it so frustrating that I am not sure I want to continue after the free trial. When I answer a question it’s way too harsh and judgy. For example it asked me a very specific question, it told me to say my name and say where you are from in Spanish, my response was Me llamo Kat, soy de Los Estados Unidos, it tells me not quite because I didn’t tell my age, it didn’t ask me to say how old I am, it also said I need to capitalize The United States, I wasn’t writing it, I was speaking so why would I get dinged for that? And then one question it completely said I was wrong when I definitely was not wrong

Very Good App with a Little Work Still Needed
I have just started using this app, to keep up Italian conversational skills. It is very good indeed. The comments and advice it gives after each conversation are helpful. However, the corrections are occasionally incorrect. There are also a few technical glitches: the app does not always catch what you say correctly, and a bug in one of the lesson exercises makes it impossible to complete a perfect lesson. It is still a very good app though, and will be excellent when the glitches are fixed.

Horrible app
This app, just starts saying things that you’ve never heard before in paragraph form. Your first session will have you wondering what each of 40 words mean and it is painfully slow to click on each word. If you ask the ‘ai’ for help or say you don’t understand it just repeats the same foreign response that you still don’t understand to you. This is not a learning app, it’s for people who already know the language and want to practice

I started learning Italian and Greek with this app. I downloaded it because I wanted real conversations/conversations about random things or specific themes, not a robotic and dry conversation like other famous AI’s. & that’s exactly what I got.
This app adapts to the conversation and makes it easy to express ideas, even when your level isn’t perfect ( instead of just asking you "what’s your favorite meal" on repeat.) It feels natural, engaging, and surprisingly effective.
If you want to practice speaking a language instead of just studying it, this is hands down one of the best ways to do it.

L’application ne fonctionne pas très bien en français et peut être répétitive par moment
Needs some work
The price is decent but the app is mediocre. Not all options are available for all languages. It’s really slow over cellular, even 5G but works fairly well on WiFi. Phone chat needs to be available for all languages and the app needs to be CarPlay compatible.
Great learning app
Love the structure and progression. The way that it integrates grammar into the chats and gives follow up grammar exercises is awesome.

Best language app I’ve ever found.
This is the only app I’ve found to actually bridge that gap between rote memorization of verbs and conversational Spanish.
Great but has issues
I really like this app for learning Greek but there are many problems. Often. The grammar is wrong and the grading is inaccurate. I have lost some confidence in it lately. I wish they'd correct these issues.
Ummm what????
I started the first lesson but right off the bat it called me the wrong name so I was like ok I’ll just put my full name as my username instead (I’d originally used a nickname bc it’s shorter) but then when I tried to go back to the lesson it said that it was locked and I needed to buy the subscription in order to be able to do it. The whole reason I didn’t start the subscription in the first place is because I wanted to test it out and see if it’d actually be helpful. I don’t like spending money on useless things so I just wanted to try the free version first and now apparently I can’t even use the app unless I get the subscription. This app sucks.

Ich habe ein Problem mit der Anmeldung auf einem weiteren Apple Gerät. Ich habe nun schon 2 mal Kontakt aufgenommen und keine Antwort erhalten, vielleicht klappt es auf diesem Weg. Leider schade, da die App ansonsten sehr gut ist.
Sehr gute App, wenn bereits Sprachkenntnisse vorhanden sind. Leider nicht ganz fehlerfrei.
Ich habe mir mittlerweile die Lifetime Version dieser App gekauft, da sie mir zum aufbessern meiner Englischkenntnisse sehr gut gefällt.
Mir gefällt das freie sprechen mit einem Chatbot deutlich besser als Apps, in denen nur vorgegebene Lerninhalte abarbeitet werden.
Der Lernablauf ist so, dass man sich erst mit einem von mehreren Chatbots unterhält, wobei das Thema und der Verlauf der Gespräche schon recht stark vorgegeben ist (was ich nicht negativ finde). Man bekommt zu jedem gesprochenen Satz direkt Feedback und kann sich die Übersetzung von einzelnen Wörtern direkt im Chat ansehen. Nach dem Gesprächen gibt es eine kurze Lerneinheit, die sich auf den Chat-Verlauf bezieht. Das gefällt mir grundsätzlich sehr gut, allerdings treten hier oft Fehler auf. Teilweise wird Deutsch und Englisch vermischt. Teilweise sind die „richtigen“ Antworten einfach falsch. Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass noch nachgebessert wird.

Too many bugs
I love the app but it’s full of bugs and grammatical mistakes, it just crashed after a conversation exercise, the conversation itself had many bugs, I couldn’t report them, and when I answered one of the question it did a weird thing replacing my answer with a text crediting some subtitles website…
