We are not blocking old users emails. Please try to sign in again. If you had a lifetime pro account, it should pick it up.
Failed to work
I committed to the 7 day trial, when I was in safari, it told me I wasn’t registered even though I was and it charged me again, even once charged, it still said I wasn’t registered and needed to pay again. Seemed very scammy..

Petit bug à corriger svp
Bonjour ! Excellente appli que j’utilise depuis des années maintenant, j’ai juste un petit bug à faire remonter aux développeur, j’utilise l’interface sombre d’iOS et c’est l’une des deux seules applis que je possèdes dont l’icône ne suit pas l’interface système en se maintenant en "clair" ce qui est assez peu harmonieux. Si vous pouviez corriger cela, ce serait top ! Bonne continuation à vous :)

Ich nutze die App nun schon seit einigen Jahren auf allen Plattformen und bin immer noch völlig begeistert. Die Übersetzungen sind von Hause aus sehr gut. Hier und da muss mal etwas korrigiert werden aber damit kann ich leben. Großartige Arbeit. Vielen Dank dafür. Weiter so!
Awful support
This used to be good. I paid for the pro version. Now it won’t let me log in and the developer does not bother to respond to emails. Terrible support, I would avoid this application.

アプリのレビューで他アプリを出すのはよろしくないと思っておりますが、他の翻訳無料アプリである没入型翻訳などの無料サービスでGoogle翻訳を使った方が良いと思いました。

Not working, no help. Shame
I’ve never had to write a review in hopes the developer will respond to a problem. Until last week app has been great, had it for years never an issue. The problem, I use it daily, I go into the app and I’ve been logged out. Nothing new, this sometimes happens after an update. I go to log in and I get an error message ‘couldn’t save security token’. Weird. I try my phone, my desktop version, all saying the same error. I uninstall, and reinstall, no luck. I check for caches etc, none to do no issues there. My internet is fine. What is going on? I paid for the app, that now no longer works. Unable to log in at all. I sent support an email and have been ignored. Hoping to hear back here. Just crazy there no way to explain if it’s their server that is having issues, fine but no explanation, no help! Please developer help fix this, I need it, as I use daily.
