Horrible
This app charged me for the subscription then says that I have to subscribe to access the content. I am using the same login. It really sucks being charged $70 for access and not being able to use it.
LSJ delivery
This site has no customer service component so that a delivery issue can be addressed and resolved.
Useless without service
Unless you are purchasing the monthly/ annual prescription plans this app is completely useless
Flashing adds
The flashing adds make it difficult to read articles. Can’t take it anymore. Canceling my subscription.
Accessibility
Long time subscriber here but suddenly can’t open the eNewspaper. Trying to link to the “already a subscriber” does nothing. This format has been very unstable and I didn’t appreciate having pop up notices take over the screen while trying to read an article. I want to support the local paper but had to give up on delivery and now it looks like I’ll have to give up on the digital version as well.

LSJ will automatically sign you up for all of these newsletters, etc. even though you don’t ask for it. You can ask them many times to remove you in the app and via email and they will never remove you. I highly recommend you avoid this company

Need better content. Particularly relates to state, and local government news and politics.
Words all jumbled
Getting very frustrated clicking on article only to have the letters in gibberish. This has happened constantly lately. Or you click on a story and another one or ad is on top of it - again unreadable. For a while before e-newspaper even showed up a USA subscription ad would appear that would not go away. Would have to delete the app, log in again, go through all the set up. This was happening about twice a week.

Since they updated the eNewspaper app, it has less glitches. Still enjoy the old school print version best. Also appreciate the local section
Terrible “upgrade”
Since being forced into this new app, the eNewspaper feature just spins and doesn’t load. Plan on canceling my subscription since I can’t even read the paper I am paying for.
