Cannot sign/log in

Works well without signing in but I would like the pro function! I actually paid for a month and then failed to create my account

IOS26.4 can't use

I can't use this service at IOS26.4, I can't see the vpn label at my phone when I touch the button of lantern and It will be loss at few seconds. Maybe It occurs because of the new IOS26.4, but I hope this problem can be fixed as soon as possible

Lamb dumb

Ain’t work after the newest update, and after four days still no one fix it? Got a GitHub page so called “Chinese users forum” and none of the programmers in it(btw I even have to use other vpn to get on that GitHub page), better call yourself “lame dumb”rather than lantern

新版本连续无法打开,打开就自动关闭

系统升级后无法连接

系统升级到ios26.4后,打开后会自动关闭,死循环,永远无法连接网络,请尽快修复

Не работает ни мобильная версия, ни на ПК

诱导消费不肯退款

一开始是无法使用,以为套餐过期,购买后仍无法使用,问客服回复说要更新软件。
软件版本低却无清楚提示,只有买套餐的界面最快捷。
重复购买套餐后申请退款,从2025年11月提交申请,到2026年2月才回复。先要求我提供付款订单截屏,提供后又告知我他们自己只能查到2026年的记录,也就是说我提供的付款记录没用。
最后客服说没办法,让我自己去支付宝申请退款。我去申请后退了我1元钱。没错,我买了613元的套餐,退了我1元钱。
然后客服要我理解他们。我理解什么?你们拖延了三个月而查不到付款记录,这个责任要消费者自己承担,还要消费者理解你们的错误?

另外,我退款还有一个原因,蓝灯现在是自动选择服务器,而每次都只选新加坡服务器,但是这个服务器根本翻不了墙。太垃圾了。

Hello, we’re sorry you’re having trouble accessing your Pro account. With our new account system, existing Pro users need to set a password to restore access. Please try the following: 1. Open the app, navigate to settings, and choose “Sign In.” 2. Enter your email. 3. On the next screen, select “Forgot Password.” 4. Follow the instructions to reset your password and sign in again. If you still have issues, please email derek@getlantern.org and I will personally help restore your Pro access. Thank you for your patience, and sorry again for the inconvenience.

Great new version

Really great improvements to the pro version recently, connects quickly, greatly expanded range of servers.

Cannot log in

After updating the app I can’t log in and restore my Pro Lantern purchase. I have repeatedly contacted support and I get an automated response to login in our create a new account.
