I agree with a previous review. It crashes on opening and I can no longer access or book shifts
Unstable
The app has been unstable for many years and the management are clearly not interested in fixing it. Perhaps they make enough money to not care that the users really struggle. Once you go down the list of jobs, the app just crashes or refreshes back to the top. Can’t be hard to fix if they cared.
Frustrating

Increasingly appalling app use
Never fixed with updates is a find work facility that when you get so far down appears to be having jolting fit up and down the screen.
Then when you do get it still you click the shift and it applies for it on a different date. VERY frustrating as not always convenient to access website.

Buggy
Good idea but app is buggy and some buttons are off screen on the iPhone 14, makes it impossible to progress. Should be designed for mobile phones.
Website very slow and buggy too. Unable to upload mandatory documents with error message 'oops, try again latet'. Again, without upload one cannot progress any further.

Search for and book work, send invoices, message practices, check your booking diary and invoice payment history ..all from your phone. Not sure what's up with the reviewer who's complaining it crashes - never has on my phone. The support team are very quick to respond and resolve issues. I love this platform and this app. This is the future. Really - this is great

Does work on ios 13
Since ios 13, this app which I used to rely heavily on, is broken. Crashes on attempt at launch and completely unusable.
Sad really because imagine I would be booking loads of shift through lantum if only they could get the app fixed.

Crashes on opening.
This used to be a fantastic app once. Now the development team seem to have gone on holiday or are content with their wages to be bothered to ensure a functioning app for their client base. It crashes instantly on opening rendering it unusable on iOS 13. Even before this, they removed the ability to update your expired documents via the app, leaving us to use the long winded approach of saving/scanning documents to PC and then attempting to upload via the website. What used to a very convenient and well functioning app was crippled by removing useful features and has now been bricked by iOS 13 rendering it non-functional. I would have thought this would have been fixed considering how long ago iOS 13 was announced.

Great App for a Great Service
This app is efficient, easy to use, and has made my life so much easier!

The new version constantly crashes in all different situations so is basically unusable for any function

So much better before the update. Now it keeps crashing and is ridiculously slow. Hard to set filters for the dates I want to work.
Needs a lot of improvents
This app is slow, it crashes all the time. More often then not I’m not even able to view my rota. The cherry on the cake was that it lost my timesheet so now I’m not able to invoice for my shift.

Amazing app. Makes Locum life sooooo easy. Definitely one of the most innovative apps in the NHS

Terrible app. Anytime you go to negotiate rate for a job it crashes. Lantum itself are including pensions on their advertised rates to make the rates look better. Used the app 4 times and it crashed on all occasions for a so called serious company need to provide a product and service that is at least decent.

Limited functionality compared to website.
Ok(ish) to look for and book locums but you can’t invoice from the app or do any of the ancillary admin (e.g. pensions). Really a rather limited app.

I'm a big fan of this app, and network locum. I use this app daily to book work and check my existing bookings.
