HORRIBLE APP -Doesn’t update
HORRIBLE APP Doesn’t update daily. Seems to be worse than ever. Definitely has issues. *Update Months later- still no fix. Now won’t update at all.

It would be nice if they put the right info on there page!
Inmate page
The app has been terrible for the last few months in regards to the inmate page not loading correctly and will not update. It happens I’ve gotten a new phone and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. It won’t function properly on either phone so I know it’s on your end.
Not very reliable
It doesn’t update daily & is under construction for days. I’ve updated as needed so it’s not on my end.

It has been been froze or something for days & days. I’ve already uninstalled & reinstalled with no fix. Others are having same issues, as well.
Malfunction
The inmate info has been very screwed up lately. Think it needs another updated bug fix.

This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience. There are a few factors that could be the source of the issue. If you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and are still experiencing issues, please feel free to submit a developer feedback within the app settings.

App shuts down
I get push notifications but the app won’t open on my iPhone.

Lately, my app keeps crashing on me. I don’t know why. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this I’m all ears.
