Useless
Can’t add a credit card, which I see was reported 4 YEARS AGO and still hasn’t been resolved. That is just one of several issues that renders this app completely useless.
Mobile unfriendly
Would be great if the mobile authentication would actually work instead of getting stuck on the number screen. You cannot hit submit

Can’t sChedule a pickup. Won’t save credit card info. Gives an error. Useless
