If I was given an option for zero stars I would.

I get an email from my neighborhood to sign up for easy monthly payments (in which I thought it was an awesome and convenient idea). Needles to say the app doesn't even work. I tried searching by zip, city and state and even the name of the property and I keep on getting "sorry cannot find any property for the given search string" so, I deleted this app. Rather just walk to the main office and pay them with a check! So much for convenience!
