About

Build familiarity with laryngoscopic views through interactive 3D exploration and focused practice. EXPLORE THE AIRWAY Tilt your iPhone or iPad to change your view using its motion sensors, or explore with touch controls. Recenter at any time, adjust viewing depth and illumination, and turn anatomical labels on for orientation. Optional subtle tissue motion can be paused. PRACTICE VIEW GRADING Compare Cormack–Lehane grades I–IV, modified grades IIa and IIb, and Cook IIIa/IIIb with an illustrative lift demonstration. Explore Percentage of Glottic Opening (POGO) reference views. TEST YOUR RECOGNITION Choose a grading track, work through randomized quiz rounds, review answer explanations, and retry missed cases. Quiz results are kept only for the current session. EXPLORE PATHOLOGY Compare four fictional adult cases with a normal view: a suspicious glottic tumor, a vocal-fold polyp, papillomatosis, and Reinke’s edema. Each includes an illustrative 3D model, a clinical vignette, observations, and links to educational sources. Switch between the case and normal anatomy at the same viewpoint. LEARN ON YOUR TERMS Use portrait or landscape on iPhone and iPad. The simulator and quizzes work offline; source links open external websites. No account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Motion data stays on your device. Designed for educational exploration and view recognition. Models, tissue motion, and clinical scenarios are illustrative and have not been clinically validated. The app does not simulate procedural force or establish intubation safety, diagnosis, or clinical competence. It is not a medical device and does not replace supervised training or clinical judgment.
