Terrible Update
New update took away Face ID and made transferring funds much more involved and complicated. Such a backwards step smh
Not easily used with Smart Keyboard
The forces portrait mode when it starts. It should detect orientation and use the existing orientation. This is especially annoying with an attached Smart Keyboard.
External Accounts
Version of the app changed and had to reconnect my external accounts all over again. Why?
Excellent Service
I have been a member for many, many years. They have always provided me with excellent service!!!!
Terrible
The old app was much easier to navigate and read. This app has all white background and much smaller font. Everything is jumbled together making it much harder to read. The statements don’t include some of my active accounts.
The names used to show on each account. . Now it’s just a bunch of account numbers. Please bring back the old app!! This one is terrible.

It’s ok
It’s a bit more complicated than the previous version. I liked the previous version better. Maybe I just need some time to get adjusted to this new version.
New update breaks mobile deposits
This has been a great app until the most recent update which has broken mobile updates. It gives me an error every time that says the size of the front and back of the check images are not the same. Please fix.
Bring back memos
This app used to be perfect, 0 complaints until they removed the ability to add memos to balance transfers. The feature was extremely helpful in keeping track of specific amounts transferred between my own accounts and what they’re for but now that’s gone the app is basically useless to me. Other than to check balance and transfer which I can do on the web version and just keep track on my own. Disappointing
