“Sorry. Unexpected error. Please try again later.” every single time I’ve tried to link it with my Ticketmaster account. It’s done this every time I’ve tried to download and use the app.

Pay extra to redeem tickets
I bought the Costco Enchant tickets and the only way to redeem the food/bev credit is through the app. The app is $12 to download and there’s no way to know that beforehand. What a scam this app is and not worth paying extra to save on the Enchant tickets. NO SAVINGS AT ALL.

Cannot Sign In
Tried numerous times to sign in with Ticketmaster and has never worked. Can’t buy or use tickets.

Can’t get my tickets
The only way to access tickets for LV ballpark is through the LV ballpark app with Ticketmaster. Unfortunately I’m not going to be able to go to the game becuz the app is having issues connecting to Ticketmaster…extremely disappointed, I miss the old days when I could have a paper ticket!
