Forced Chatbot Use, Difficult Deletion

Makes you use their annoying chatbot that required a zip code with no way to exit without starting the app setup over, and you can’t delete your account from the app, you have to email them a request.

Thoughtful, educational, supportive and well executed app

I truly love this app- especially as someone who struggles through severe endometriosis. It’s a chronic and painful disease and having an application that not only supports educationally, but has a helpful tracking tool that more closely pin down specific symptoms is of incredible value. Additionally, I enjoy the “garden” that provides a light hearted and fun experience which rewards the user when they’re regularly using the app. My only issue comes to play with the functionality of the app. For the first 4-5 months of having it, all ran smoothly and there were no issues. More recently, within the last couple months, I’ve encountered issues with the symptom scale system. It allows you to rank the level in which the symptom is occurring, however every symptom within the line is automatically assigned the same measurement. I’ll have to look further into perhaps contacting support in order to correct it. However, I still use it regularly and just appreciate the thoughtful, supportive and excellently designed and executed app

Love it!

Great information about endometriosis and a free symptom tracker (without all the annoying ads from some of the other apps). Definitely recommend for someone with endometriosis!

Good app but needs more

I started using the app to track my endometriosis symptoms and find more information unfortunately trying to add my treatments of using progesterone only birth control is not listed I don’t take breaks between packs I have to constantly take each pack one after each other also I wanted to add my menstrual cycle tracking but I can’t find where to change it

Response from developer

Sorry for the confusion! We'll work to make the app settings more intuitive in the future. For now you're able to toggle menstruation tracking on and off through the "Health Profile" page next to "Settings" on the menu accessible form the hamburger icon in the upper left of the app. If you click on "Menstruation Status" here you can toggle menstrual tracking on and off. For symptom tracking you're able to freely add custom symptoms if you press "Customize" on the symptom entry page then scroll down and press the "Add new" button you can add new symptoms with whatever names, icons, and metrics you would like to track. The options are both a little hidden sorry for the trouble, we'll work to make them more obvious next update!
