Got my laser and can’t even setup an account like many others have mentioned. What’s the point of selling a laser with zero support.
Password Setup is Trash
I’m giving this a 1 star so far, cause setting up the password with any combination is failing and not working whatsoever. It shouldn’t be so complicated to setup a password.

Does it’s job well
The app is actually pretty capable. For some reason it took a couple of tries to get the Wi-Fi connection but once it did, all functions worked well. I’ll probably continue using the computer, but I can see situations where using my iPad would be handy.
Love the app.
I use a lase master 3 within the app and I can cut and engrave on the fly. The app is amazing.. most material is preset to work.

Terrible design and doesn’t work
This app is supposed to be able to connect my Ortur Laser master 3 and it is awful. The app crashes randomly and it will not connect to my device at all.
Can’t Use w/o Account but Can’t Make Account
Just like the previous reviews, you HAVE to have an account, but no matter what you put, it doesn’t take the password and repeats the criteria. Checked the criteria a million times and it meets, but won’t accept it.

This app is absolute trash. I literally could not even set up and account because every time I tried creating a password it asks for “8-16 characters with two types of numbers, letters and characters” but literally not a single combination will work.
