Manca un po’ per la perfezione.

Laserwall è uno strumento utile e “smart” per la gestione di un condominio. I costi del canone condominiale per il servizio sono adeguati e le funzionalità offerte sono davvero tante ed interessanti. Tuttavia, l’app non riesce ad essere accattivante ed user friendly: molte funzionalità risultano “nascoste” (esempio: social condominiale comodissimo, anche se acerbo per mancanza di condivisione documenti/allegati). L’apertura chiavi inoltre è accessibile solo come sottomenù rispetto alla home dell’app ed è quasi inaccettabile non aver previsto dei widget iOS/Android specifici come shortcut per le varie aperture nelle schermate principali del proprio smartphone. Risultato? La maggior parte dei condomini prediligerà sempre i vecchi ed amati telecomandi/mazzi di chiavi a portata di tasca per aprire cancelli e porte e continuerà a mandare Whatsapp a tutti rispetto a questo servizio magnifico che si perde nella UX/UI utente. Un vero peccato.
