I’m a new tech and this app got recommended to me. It’s got all the info and details needed to individualise clients wants, those wants and needs are in a simple nicely formatted way. Really love this product good job go the developers Xx

Bug fix please

Please fix the bug issues. It crashes every time I try to restore my purchase. I’m about to build my own app if this doesn’t get fixed. I loved this app.

Do not delete app/lose all saved info

Unfortunately, I had to delete the app and reinstall because it wasn’t letting me add new clients. It kept saying I need to restore purchase and so I would but still would say the same thing. So I restarted my iPad, no luck. So then I deleted app and reinstalled, which worked but like I said….ALL MY CLIENTS AND THEIR INFO AND SESSIONS…GONE!!!!!

App automatically exits when I get to the signature portion of consents

Not to sure why it’s doing that, I’ve tried turning my phone off and restarting it, removing and downloading the app again, trying it on a different device and still has the same issue no matter what I do

Excellent little app. Really good. Needs a few tweaks to keep it relevant as the lash industry changes eg ability for lash maps to cope with more than 1 curl and length per sector

Great & Useful

So far so perfect. Going paperless is such a need today. It could use some more features: mass communication feature, some color wouldn’t hurt & more features in the waiver/consent forms.

Great so far...

I’d love to see some new features. Such as time of scheduled appointment, a schedule calendar, and a way to send text reminders. Otherwise, so far so awesome!

Great App!

User friendly and detailed client info helps keep our business organized! Love being able to have an electronic waiver for our clients to sign on my phone! Amazing!

Really like this app!
Easy to use.
I sent feedback and a person actually responded to me, and in the same day! Am trialling the app but will most likely subscribe, at about $4/mth you can’t go wrong!

I liked it until...

I liked it until I didn’t have anymore spots for my clients. I believe I used up like 3... i don’t know it’s like why do I have to pay and upgrade for it if I can only use 3. Overall, it’s a useful app to keep all your clients info regarding their lash lengths and diameters and what curl. Very helpful on that end.
