Can’t log in, not send security code txt
I type in my cell number and email and when they say they’re texting us the security code, nothing happens. Can’t log into my account. Please fix this
Clocking in never works the first time
Everytime I go to clock in on a gig I have to go back and do it again. Have removed the app and reinstalled numerous times and never fixes the issue.
Complicated to use
I wish there was an app that actually was tailored for the AV industry, cause this one is definitely not… super complicated and hard to understand.
Y’all need to lower the restrictions down from 60 to lower.
I need to lower it from 16 to below rating on this app so it’s accessible similar to YouTube and all these other apps

Was not letting me login they kept asking me for a password, which I don’t have because I’ve never used this app Then when I hit forgot password send code to email or phone number it never came
Why the change?
Hated several things about the Jan 2026 update. I miss the old format where I could flip and see all the events I was selected for in one spot. Got changed to this 7-day format which is extremely unhelpful if you’re in a field where the schedule is set months in advance. Also hate there is no notification when the employers upload new shifts nor is there modifications of said acceptance of shifts. Getting to be too cumbersome to be effective. Last, how in Gods name is one supposed o access or sign up for shifts in the Lasso Talent Marketplace???

Password
Can’t even use the app or even the other lasso app, every time I use forgot password, the code never goes to email or messages, on the other app it doesn’t even have a forgot password.

This is bad
Really poorly designed and glitchy. Makes something simple complicated. I have to delete and redownload the app every time I submit a time card.
Not written by Free Lancers
It’s obvious that the app was not written by people doing per diem work. It takes way too many steps to find out where and when the call is. You also wait forever to be confirmed, making scheduling other jobs difficult. Calls also disappear without notice: is it gone? Was it filled by others?

So bad
The old app is much easier to navigate. We get 50 shifts to sift through and the new app will make you click each one to open it. My calendar always gets unsubscribed too. I am still using the old app as long as I can.
Feature Request
It would be great if we had the ability to view other people’s schedules on mobile and not just the web desktop version. I can view everyone else’s schedules on the web desktop version but not being able to see it on mobile is obnoxious. Please.
Calendar doesn’t sync, PW is inactive and any codes you request to renew it is gone
Please review the options to log into lasso when the password no longer works. You ask for code to authenticate your account and nothing is ever sent

Ugly
I’ve been using the original version for years now and I hate this upgrade. The UI is ugly and annoying to navigate. Now I’m forced to use this version because of the original shutting down.
Not bad for an update
At first glance it throws you off. But it is not actually bad they just moved and renamed the ui a bit. Not a bad refresh.
Finding docs is impossible
Supposedly I have documentation for previous jobs, like paystubs and tax docs. But each time I use the app it’s just another disappointing experience of not finding what I was looking for.
Tech
The LASSO Mobile app allows me to manage my schedule, update availability, add positions as my skill set grows, add a resume to increase work opportunities, and most importantly keep all event related communications in one place. There are so many enhanced features that provide so many benefits to keep me organized. I highly recommended!

Easy to use
The app is easy to use. I like having all of my schedules in one place. And seems like lasso does alot of updates and always making the app better.
