Was fueling truck and pump shut off at 17 gallons didn’t even get my 25 gallon for my discount

The app asks to enable notifications every launch. Would be 5 stars otherwise. There is no reason for that.

This app has always been clunky, and not very user-friendly, but I was able to look past all that because of one saving grace: free cup of coffee, every time you filled up. It’s a simple gesture that cost the company basically nothing but made a huge difference in my loyalty.This new updates to the app not only made it harder and more confusing to pay at the pump, but took away the free coffee feature. I reached out to the owners of the app, who assured me it was coming, but I think we all know that’s not true. and it’s a small thing, but it was one of the best parts of my morning when I had to fill up.

It says $.75 off of a fountain drink when you “check in” but lately it hasn’t been giving us our $.75 off.

when i try to sign up it keeps telling me my birthdate is empty when its not. i really dont even want this account but when i went to get gas today the scanner for the tag was gone and this was the only option so i guess i just cant get rewards anymore

I’ve had this app a year and a half and employees in every store I go in tell me they know it doesn’t work in Indiana and will be getting it to work “soon.”

Multiple cards
Extremely difficult do use multiple cards with this app. In fact I’m not even sure you can. I have two cars. One personal and one business. Need a card for each.
Set up
You cant set up your tag and discount card without being at the gas station. Makes it hard to set up. Not very user friendly.
Very Disappointed
Pretty worthless other than to check points on their reward program. Why not make it able to at least give contact info for nearest Elmos to order food? Will be deleting from my phone.

Love this app!! Use it all the time! My Lassus gives 10 cents of with my instant rewards card, plus another $0.03 on cents back, yes sir! That's $0.13 of the gallon! And I get coupons/rewards all the time, I am gonna save thousands over the years!
Bad app
App used to work great, now it won't let me check in or use the coupons. It tells me I'm 4.12 miles from the store even though I'm standing in the store.
Needs less location access than 'always'
The app should have a 'while using' setting. I don't want gps continually running for an app I seldom use!

The app is nice if you want to find the nearest Lassus station, but it would be even better if it listed the current gas prices.
