About

A DESPERATE SURVIVOR. A MYSTERIOUS ISLAND. YOUR DECISIONS. You receive a distress signal from Lucia Morgan, the sole survivor of a plane crash on a remote island. Through a makeshift radio, she reaches out to you for help. You are her only connection to the outside world — her last hope of being rescued. Guide Lucia through a gripping survival adventure where every decision can mean the difference between life and death. Explore the island, find food and water, treat injuries, and craft tools — all through the instructions you give her. But something is wrong with this island. Strange creatures lurk in the jungle, and the ruins of an abandoned research facility hide dark secrets. What happened here? And can Lucia ever escape?

What's New in Last Transmission

1.16

October 2, 2026

Lucia has more to tell, and her signal comes through more clearly. What's new since version 1.14: • The story has grown a lot and has been thoroughly revised: nights by the fire where Lucia talks about home, new people on the island and a new ending, 33 endings in all. Many scenes are rewritten, shorter and closer to how people really talk on the radio. Many contradictions and translation errors are fixed. • Your choices come back more often. Lucia remembers how you talk to her: whether you comfort her or just give orders, you'll hear it in the morning, by the fire and in the last lines of the endings. • An untreated infection is now a real danger. If Lucia dies, you can play that day again instead of starting over. • A new radio-room look: stronger contrast, clearer answer buttons and a bar at the top for water, food and infection, with an explanation when you tap it. Values change only after Lucia has told you what happened. • The island isn't quiet at night. What Lucia hears on the radio, you feel too: as a vibration and a low, soft knocking sound. You can turn both off in Settings. • VoiceOver: every button and gauge is labeled. New messages are announced in the game's language, even if your iPhone is set to a different one. VoiceOver also tells you when a value gets low or critical. • Larger text: the game follows your iOS text size, up to the largest accessibility size. • Waiting: a card shows when Lucia will be back, and you can turn on notifications right there. The notification shows Lucia's first line. Tap the message she's typing to see it in full right away. • After an ending, Lucia hints at what you might have missed, without spoiling anything. From the ending card you can read back the conversation, see all endings or go to the main menu. • Your first playthrough runs in real time. Fast Mode unlocks once Lucia survives an ending. If you already have it, you keep it. • If you stay anonymous, Lucia now calls you "Echo." • From Settings you can return to the main menu or start a new game at any time. Also new there: privacy policy, contact and legal notice, and a daily reminder at a time you choose. • The chat no longer jumps to the bottom while you read back. • The app is much smaller. On iPhone it now runs in portrait only. Your saved game is kept.
