disappointing fall from grace
been a regular user of this app since 2019, so very disappointing to see how bad it’s gotten recently. even the most basic functions like seeing your all-time scrobbles barley work (can’t remember the last time it let me see my all-time albums), or even just now it won’t even let me see my artists for the week. from what i can tell, whoever owns it now is incredibly hateful and bigoted, which is very upsetting as a trans person who’s been using this app for years. sort it out guys 👍

An embarrassment
The app is insanely glitchy and as it stands has left me unable to view my personal chart data for well over a month.
Broken After Updates
Used to be good but has just been broken in the last few months. Random scrobbles keep popping from songs I’ve never even clicked on before. I also can’t view my stats anymore past the top 5 unless I go on the website. App is effectively useless atm.
Done with this app. Not syncing
I have been a paying-member since 2020 but have finally decided to not renew and forget about this program. It missed an entire month of scrobbles and I’ll never get them back. It didn’t tell me the syncing had disconnected, if I hadn’t checked to see my stats I would have never known. It’s happened before and I’ve missed days and weeks but this is the final straw. Spotify does stats not anyways so who cares. Peace

toxic relationship
Crashes instantly every time I try to open it now :( i’m so sad. I’ve been scrobbling for 5+ years. why did this app have to suck so bad? I just want my listening data :(
Fine
Entirely functional and completely fine app if you listen to local files. If you listen to iTunes bought stuff, look elsewhere because this literally won’t work. My only complaint is you have to manually scan scrobbles but besides that fine
Last.fm forever
Trends are temporary but my love my music listening over 20 years on the platform is a long term commitment and interest in how my taste evolves over time. Thank you to the Last.fm team for all it is that you do, I will be here listening and scrobbling for as long as Last.fm is around.

I’ve been using it for years. I love checking in after a couple of weeks and seeing my stats. The community is great too!
Latest update bricked the app
After the latest update the app just doesn’t work. I can’t see my scrobbles past the 30 day toggle, if I press to see the last year or all time I just get an error message… and the app just crashes! So disappointing this was such a fun app and I’m realising this more now that it’s no longer working!!

Major bug.
App won’t open, crashes immediately after tapping it.
What happened?
I’ve been a user of last.fm for 8 years, and have loved it for most of that time. After a recent update, they now only track my I locally stored in Apple Music. I used a different streaming service, that’s has been supported for years. I’m disappointed that I now need to switch music tracking apps, and lose all that listening history.

Formerly great app that needs to be fixed.
It’s been a few weeks since the last “bug fixes” update and the app still crashes and closes immediately upon launch, rendering it useless. Whatever bug the team thought they squashed has grown larger.

No longer works for iPod touch (up to date with ios 15.8.8) Extremely frustrating. Crashes the second it tries to open.
Great Function, horrendous updates
Seriously, how is this version just definitively worse than the online and Android version by a large margin? Going based off the Apple UI vs. their original internal UI was a huge downgrade. Functionality wise, the app has only gotten worse since I started using it. Presently, I can’t even load my streamed artists of the past month or year without complete restarts of the app frequently. I still love last.fms tracking capabilities, but some engineering improvements of their software and website are desperately needed.

Bugs that never get fixed
This app did an update about 3 weeks ago (mid to late July 2026) and the app has never worked since. I refreshed the app many times and deleted it and re downloaded it, but still, the app cannot fetch my spotify data. Really really disappointing as I liked to look at my stats
Just stopped working one day
Used this app all the time but now won’t let me see monthly and yearly scrobbles. Uninstalled and the problem persists. I get that it’s free but it should work properly
app is broken
i cannot access any of my 'charts' information, they never load. kind of defeats the purpose of having the account if i can't access that. on occasion i seem to have issues with the scrobbles not working properly even when the music is saved to my apple music library. the app worked so well before i don't know what has happened as of late. i don't want to have to move onto another platform. please fix.
