About

Ninety seconds, for the nights that won't end. The hours between clocking off and sleep. Nothing is left to finish, and somehow the day still hasn't closed. Lastlight puts one ending into that hour. That's all it does. At the time you choose, one line arrives. You open it. Ninety seconds. Nothing to decide. One tap to log it, and the day is over. ■ Nothing resets A hard night doesn't zero anything. You only ever see the nights you kept, in a 31-day row of tiles. ■ Logging changes nothing on screen No red. No cross. No sad face. The record is yours, not a verdict. ■ Your sleep is measured on this phone Sleep and resting heart rate from Apple Health, compared night to night. Nothing is uploaded. No account, no email, no phone number. — From here on, plainly. Lastlight is for people who drink alone most nights and want that to change. It asks for no label, no pledge, and no meeting. It asks for one thing: that your day has an ending. Talk to a doctor before you change how much you drink. Stopping suddenly after daily heavy use can cause shaking, seizures or hallucinations, and those can be life-threatening. Lastlight is not medical treatment and does not diagnose or treat any condition. ■ Free, forever The nightly checkpoint (one line, ninety seconds, one tap) / the 31-day tiles / the widget / monthly card exports / full history and CSV export ■ Lastlight+ (subscription) - How your sleep and resting heart rate differ between nights (last 60, 90, 365) - Which way of ending the night actually worked for you - Decide tonight in the morning, then see if it held - Five ways to end a day / a second checkpoint later at night Auto-renewing subscription, billed after a 7-day free trial. It renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple settings. We never bill you outside of Apple.
