Decent

While technically it works, it is way too limited to be useful in practice. Exporting is limited to what is shown in the non-resizable display, and limited to that aspect ratio, so if you have something large, long, or tall you are stuck with having to shrink the font size and have an oddly proportioned tiny image as your export.

The included character pallet would be nice if it was more comprehensive and searchable, but as-is I end having to go web searching for characters I need anyway, which makes it pretty much wasted screen space, since the common characters that it has are the ones you already know and can just type, precisely because they are common.

App is broken — keyboard toggle button doesn’t work

This app becomes unusable once you start typing. The on-screen keyboard pops up and covers the entire math symbol bar—and the keyboard button that appears to be designed for retracting it doesn’t work. That means you can’t access most of the LaTeX tools. This is a major UI failure that renders the app useless. The promotional screenshots don’t show this issue at all. I regret paying for this.

Decent

Nice simple on-device Latex Equation Editor for making math Latex without all of the other document overhead.

Features I wish were in it:

1. A live-view mode where the rendering updates as you are typing instead of requiring you to hit return for the rendering to update.

2. A code-only mode that hides all of the custom buttons and just gives you the rendering along with a large text field, and adds some buttons to the top of your OS keyboard for common things like backslash, braces, parentheses, math operators etc. similar to the ones in Textastic.

¡Me parece excelente !

Me parece una herramienta excelente y muy funcional. Su interfaz sencilla contribuye significativamente a la optimización del trabajo. Todavía estamos en fase de pruebas. No obstante, cualquier mejora será bienvenida. Gracias. Enhorabuena a los desarrolladores.

Unable to save with transparent background

The program seems pretty good but I am unable to change the background to transparent. As a matter of fact I am unable to change the font color either. If I’m missing something it would be helpful to know what that is.
