Looking for a Way to Read the Church Fathers
This is an excellent app. A beautifully designed simple UI. I stumbled upon it looking to see if there was an app that had the writings of the Church Fathers and hit the jackpot with Latria. It is a treasure trove more should be aware of.

Amazing app which is very easy to use. The design is clean and calming, which makes it so easy to pull out your phone and read the Bible at any point during a busy day etc

Wonderful app - Orthodox
One thing to note: the Memorare prayer currently says “despise my petitions… but in thy mercy hear and answer me.” It should say: “despise NOT my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.” Just a small issue, nothing terrible for anyone familiar with the prayer, but perhaps it might be a bigger concern for someone new to the faith.

Beautiful simplicity
I love the UI/UX of this app, it’s brilliantly designed to replace doom scrolling with something virtuous and fruitful. I love the design choices and the combining of scripture and Lectio in a single window is both clever and edifying. I recommended it to my men’s group already as well as my wife, and will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a good faith based app!

The Latria app is beautifully done. It’s simple, easy to use and a great way to keep active in your faith.

One of the best ways to get constant wisdom from the Bible. The U.I is very clean and slick. One feature I would like if added is the ability to remove books from your feed. For example if I only want to get verses from the New Testament for a day. :)
Should be a one time purchase
Pretty good for what it is. A subscription model for Lectio Divina and daily readings seems like usury though.

This is an awesome app. The design is clean and fluid. Movement and gestures are wonderfully integrated.
My challenge is that it promotes the wisdom of the Church Fathers…but doesn’t give them credit anywhere. This should be a priority in future iterations.

Excellent app
I’ve enjoyed using Latria - it is well designed and fun to use. You have easy access to the bible itself as well as a stream of interesting biblical passages with commentary.
